My journey includes successful stints as a life coach, office manager for Pacific Meridian Construction, and entrepreneur. Beyond the professional space, I find joy in life coaching and dance. My passion for connecting artists, musicians, and communities nationwide ignited the inception of our company.

Hi there, I'm B. Shane Anderson and I’m honored to serve as VP of Marketing and Development. With over 35 years of experience, my career has spanned entrepreneurship, leadership development, marketing, and management, alongside endeavors as an author and singer-songwriter. Outside of work, I cherish moments with my wife Kerrie and pursue passions like disc golf. My journey in this field began in the 1990s, driven by a shared dream with Linda of uniting artists, musicians, and communities. Since partnering with Linda in 2012, we've journeyed together in nurturing artists from grassroots beginnings to national prominence, with aspirations to impact millions nationwide.
